Plan Formation New Codes Finalised
2013-14 വര്‍ഷത്തേയ്ക്കുള്ള പദ്ധതികള്‍ 2013 ഫെബ്രുവരി മാസത്തില്‍ തന്നെ ഡാറ്റാ എന്‍ട്രി നടത്തി അംഗീകാരം വാങ്ങേണ്ടതുണ്ട്. തദ്ദേശ സ്വയംഭരണ സ്ഥാപനങ്ങള്‍ നടപ്പില്‍ വരുത്തുന്ന പ്രോജക്ടുകളില്‍ പൊതുസ്ഥാപനങ്ങളുടെ മൂലധന ആസ്തികള്‍ സൃഷ്ടിക്കുന്നതിനും, മൂല്യം വര്‍ദ്ധിപ്പിക്കുന്നതിനുമുള്ള പ്രവര്‍ത്തനങ്ങളും അതുപോലെ റവന്യൂ ചെലവുകള്‍ക്ക് വേണ്ട പ്രവര്‍ത്തനങ്ങളും വെവ്വേറെ വിലയിരുത്തുന്നതിനും റവന്യൂ, മൂലധനം എന്നിവ തിരിച്ച് ചെലവുകള്‍ ലഭ്യമാക്കുന്നതിനും വേണ്ടി വരും വര്‍ഷങ്ങളില്‍ മേഖല/ഉപമേഖല/സൂക്ഷ്മമേഖല കോഡുകളെ റവന്യൂ, മൂലധനം എന്നിങ്ങനെ രണ്ടായി തിരിച്ച് കോഡുകളുടെ ഘടനയില്‍ ഭേദഗതി വരുത്തി നിര്‍വ്വഹണ ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥരുടേയും പദ്ധതി ആസൂത്രണവുമായി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥരുടേയും നിര്‍ദ്ദേശങ്ങള്‍ക്കായി വെബ്സൈറ്റില്‍ പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിച്ചിരുന്നു. ലഭ്യമായ നിര്‍ദ്ദേശങ്ങളുടേയും, ആസൂത്രണ മാര്‍ഗ്ഗരേഖയുടേയും, സബ്സിഡി മാനദണ്ഡങ്ങളുടേയും അടിസ്ഥാനത്തില്‍ രണ്ടാംവാര്‍ഷിക പദ്ധതി മുതല്‍ പ്രോജക്ട് രൂപീകരണത്തിനുള്ള കോഡുകള്‍ അന്തിമമാക്കി പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിച്ചുTuesday, February 19, 2013

IAY Housing Central Govt Subsidy Enhanced
MORD issued order revising the Housing subsidy given under Indira Awas Yojana to Rs7000 from 45000. In hilly areas the amount was enhanced to Rs 75000 per house. The subsidy given to house plots were also increased to Rs 20000/ from the existing 10000.Thursday, February 7, 2013
