Honorable Dt Collector and Member secretary District Planing Committee Malappuram issued proceedings, designating various officers for giving approval for the projects formulated during the XII five year plan process by Gramapanchayaths in Malappuram Dt. Officials are designated Block Panchayath wise and Block development Officers made authority to approve poverty eradication and housing projects.
