Govt gave administrative sanction to distribute two wheelers to Krishibhavan Officials for strengthening agriculture extension. The Director of Agriculture also proposed to provide fuel allowance @ Rs 500 per month to meet the part of fuel expenses. At the 1st phase the programme was implemented in Krishibhavans where LEADs scheme was sanctioned
