Legislative Assembly Constituency Asset Development Fund -Constituted

 For providing sufficient fund for infrastructure development in each Legislative Assembly Constituency, Kerala Govt constituted Legislative Assembly Constituency Asset Development Fund with a corpus of Rs 705 crores each year. Major thrust will be given to Education, Health,water supply and sanitation, infrastructure facilities including roads and bridges, agriculture, Animal husbandary and related areas.

 പഞ്ചായത്ത് രാജ് നിയമത്തില്‍ അനുശാസിച്ച സമയപരിധിക്കുളളില്‍ ഗ്രാമസഭ വിളിക്കാത്ത അംഗങ്ങള്‍ക്കെതിരെയുളള പരാതി ഹര്‍ജിയായി സമര്‍പ്പിക്കണമെന്ന് സംസ്ഥാന തിരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പ് കമ്മീഷണര്‍ കെ.ശശിധരന്‍ നായര്‍ അറിയിച്ചു. സിവില്‍ കോടതിയില്‍ കേസ് ഫയല്‍ ചെയ്യുമ്പോഴുളള നടപടി ക്രമങ്ങള്‍ പാലിച്ച് തയാറാക്കിയ ഹര്‍ജി പത്ത് രൂപയുടെ കോര്‍ട്ട്ഫീ സ്റാമ്പൊട്ടിച്ചശേഷം നേരിട്ടോ അഭിഭാഷകന്‍ മുഖേനയോ സമര്‍പ്പിച്ചാലേ കമ്മീഷന്‍ പരിഗണിക്കൂ. എതിര്‍ കക്ഷിയ്ക്ക് നോട്ടീസ് നല്‍കിയും, സാക്ഷികളെ വിസതരിച്ചും തെളിവായി ഹാജരാക്കുന്ന രേഖകള്‍ പരിശോധിച്ചുമാണ് ഗ്രാമസഭ വിളിയ്ക്കാത്ത അംഗങ്ങളുടെ അയോഗ്യത സംബന്ധിച്ച് കമ്മീഷന്‍ തീരുമാനമെടുക്കുക. ഒരംഗം കണ്‍വീനറായ ഗ്രാമസഭ ചേരാത്തത് സംബന്ധിച്ച് ആ വാര്‍ഡിലെ വോട്ടര്‍ക്കോ, പഞ്ചായത്തിലെ മറ്റൊരംഗത്തിനോ ഹര്‍ജി നല്‍കാം. ഗ്രാമസഭ ചേരാത്തത് സംബന്ധിച്ച് നിരവധി പരാതികള്‍ കത്തിലൂടെ ലഭിക്കുന്ന സാഹചര്യത്തിലാണ് അറിയിപ്പ്

IAY Houses Plinth area Should be 40 m2

 LSGD issued circular regarding the plinth area  of houses constructed under IAY . Circular directs that the plinth area should be between 20 to 40 square meters. Circular again clarifies that provision of plinth area should be mentioned in the agreements executed by the beneficiaries.

June 16 Saturday - Working Day For Schools

For achieving the Govt policy to increase the working days of schools, Govt declared saturday the June 16th as working day for all schools. Director of Public instruction gave instruction in this regard on 11/06/2012

Govt have issued detailed instructions to give proper consideration to MPs and MLAs during the Official Programmes. MPs MLAs should be invited to all official programmes conducted by Govt Departments and institutions. Violating the instructions will be observed seriously.

The state election commission Kerala proposed to take necessary disciplinary action against the employee failed to attend the no confidence motion against the President and Vice President of Moothedam Gramapanchayath in Malappuram Dt. without proper information.

Technical Assistants Controll given to LSGIs

The controll of the Technical Assistants appointed by Information Kerala Mission have given to the concerned Local Self Govts. LSGIs can utilize the plan fund for giving salary to these employees.

Govt have constituted Joint Town Planning Committees for the Bharananganam Development authority in Kottayam District and Valluvanad Development Authority in Malappuram District.MPs MLAs and LSGI rulers are the members of the committee.

Directions issued to implimenting officers of LSGIs

   Govt issued guidelines relating to the transfer of implementing officers to other LSGIs. They have to give list of registers and files given to new implementing officer should be given to the secretary. every implimenting officer should be relieved with the permission of the President of the LSGI

Sanction For Depositing Money in HPOs for MGNREGS

Govt instructed the District Programme Co Ordinators of MGNREGS to deposit money with head post offices for a speedy payment of wages of MGNREGS workers through post offices.

Govt have instructed all Govt employees should restrict private calls through mobile phones, during office hours and avoid it while attending to the public, except in extremely unavoidable circumstances.

Sanitation under MGNREGA Guidelines modified

   Central Govt, after receiving feedback from the States and in concurrence with Ministry of Drinking Water and Sanitation, has carried out certain amendments/addition/alterations in the  guidelines: issued for conducting sanitation works under MGNREGA If toilets have not been included in the Labour Budget of FY 2012-13, necessary changes can be made following the due processes.
