Annual Plan 2014-15 Formation Guidelines Issued
LSGD issued detailed instructions for finalising the annual plan 2013-14 and approval of annual plan 2014-15. DPC approval has to be obtained before May 31st 2014.
Provision for Asst Secretary as Implementing Officer in 'Sulekha'
Provision for Assistant Secretaries in Gramapanchayaths as Implementing Officers were made in Sulekha Web. User ID can be created in the name of Assistant Secretaries and SC projects can be entered. Govt decided to appoint Assistant Secretaries as implementing officers of Gramapanchayaths.

SC Department Latrine Assistance- Sanction for advance payment
SC Department amended the guideline for latrine assistance distributed through SC/ST Development offices in block Panchayaths. As per new direction the whole amount Rs 25000 will be made available to the beneficiary, if they execute a contract in Stamp Paper valuing Rupees 100, that the construction will be completed within one month.
eSubmitted Salary Bills only from April 2014
Govt decided to extend the system of e submission of salary bills to the entire state of Kerala. As per the new decision, only e submitted salary bills of state govt employees will be honored from April 2014 on wards.

LSGD issued draft working instructions for the formation of Gramakendras in Gramapanchayaths. Gramakendras will be known as 'Sevagram" and work as an extension center of Gramapanchayaths.

Voters Slip Distribution 4 Days Duty Leave for BLOs
Govt sanctioned 4 days duty leave for Booth Level Officers to distribute Voters slip among eligible voters from April 2nd to April 5th. If any BLOs have availed any eligible leave for distributing voters slip during the above period, the leave can be converted to duty leave.
