LSGD issued detailed guidelines to avail loan from Co Operative banks by Block Panchayaths to meet the enhanced rate given to 2011-12 IAY Housing beneficiaries. Principal should be re payed in 10 installments by block panchayaths, interest will be paid by govt @ 11.25 %
