LSGD enhanced the honorarium given to elected representatives of Local self Govt Instititions with effect from 2013 April. As per the new decision District Panchayath President will get Rs 7900, Block Panchayath President will get Rs 7300 and Gramapanchayath President Rs 6600 as honorarium per month. Corporation Mayor will get Rs 7900 and Municipal Chairpersons will get Rs 7300 as honorarium.
