Housing Dept issued guidelines to implement Sanketham Housing Scheme as announced in the 2013-14 annual Budjet. As per the new scheme the Gramapanchayths have to find land where the housing Dept will construct apartments. The authority to distribute apartments to beneficiaries will be Gramapanchayaths
