Decentralization Co Ordination Committee met at Thiruvananthapuram decided to give clarification that in all gramapanchayaths Solid Waste Management Projects should be implemented by Village Extension Officers and in Municipal areas it should be done by Health Supervisors or Health Inspectors.The circular will be issued shortly.
