LSGD refixed the rate of different installments given for Indira Awaas Yojana Housing Scheme beneficieries. As per the new direction 1st installment was Rs 60000 after digging foundation, 2nd instaiiment Rs 80000 after completing foundation, 3rd installment Rs 40000 after completing roof and final installment after finishing works Rs 20000.
