Bills should be presnted before March 28

For avoiding rushing of bills and challans during financial closing finance department gave strict instructions to all department heads and drawing and disbursement officers. In the instructions it have clarified that all officers have to submit bills cheques etc to treasuries latest by 2 PM on 28/03/2012
