The beneficiaries belongs to general category of EMS Total Housing Scheme who made agreement after 01/04/2011 will get 2 lakh rupees as subsidy. The Decentralization Co-Ordination committee took this decision. Gramapanchayaths have to allot crores of rupees for this purpose.
