Govt amended the provisions for setting up Bharat Nirman Rajiv Gandhi Seva Kendras at block level. As per the new decisions Block Panchayaths having offices at Municipalities/Corporations cannot set up Seva Kendras at their office compound. They have to find area for setting up BNRGSK outside the urban area. The Implementing Officer must be the concerned Gramapanchayath Secretary.
