LSGD issued guidelines for the implementation of Central Public Works Department Data (CPWD) and Ministry of Road Transport and Highways (MoRTH) Specifications in LSGIs from the current financial year. All estimates being submitted for Technical Sanction from 2014 April 1st onwards should follow the guidelines.
