Govt Of Kerala issued detailed guidelines for the smooth functioning of Engineering Wing Offices attached to Local Self Govt Institutions.Field duty should be reported to the President of the LSGI every morning.LSGD Office key should not be kept under the personal custody.The Clerck of Panchayath handling the files of building permits should be in the office of the engineering wing so as to ensure that the office is not closed during the office time.
