തദ്ദേശഭരണ വകുപ്പില് ഇ-ടെണ്ടറിംഗിന് അനുമതി നല്കി സര്ക്കാര് ഉത്തരവായി. ഇരുപത്തിയഞ്ച് ലക്ഷത്തിനും അതിനു മുകളിലുമുള്ള പ്രവൃത്തികള്ക്കാണ് ഇ-ടെണ്ടറിംഗിന് അനുമതി. ഐ.കെ.എം., എന്.ഐ.സി. എന്നിവയുടെ സാങ്കേതിക സഹായത്തോടെ സുഗമ സോഫ്റ്റ്വെയര് ഉപയോഗിച്ച് നടപ്പാക്കുന്ന ടെണ്ടറിംഗില് ഇ എം.ഡിയ്ക്കായി പ്രത്യേക എസ്.ബി.റ്റി അക്കൗണ്ട് തുടങ്ങും. ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥര് എന്.ഐ.സിയില് നിന്ന് ഡിജിറ്റല് സിഗ്നേച്ചര് സര്ട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് എടുക്കണമെന്നും ഉത്തരവില് ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ടിട്ടുണ്ട്.

MLA Fund Ban for works in Aided & Unaided Schools
As per the recommendations of the Public Accounts Committee, Govt amended the provision for utilizing Special Development Funds of MLAS to Aided and Un Aided Educational Institutions. But purchase of Computers can be done by utilizing these funds to above category of schools.

Medical Reimbursement-New hospitals list approved
Health & Family welfare Dept: issued orders recognizing additional private hospitals to facilitate medical reimbursement benefits to state govt employees. Before availing the treatment in the institution, the Government Servant should observe Rule 8(3) of KGSMA Rules, 1960.Government also order that in future no claim for reimbursement will be allowed for treatment in private hospitals other than the hospitals already empaneled.
