Technical Assistants to Gramapanchayaths-Order issued
LSGD issued detailed guidelines for the appointment of Technical Assistants in each Gramapanchayaths for providing assistance to e-governance programmes. The appointment will be for a period of one year and the controll will be with the Gramapanchayaths. the decision may speed up the plan formation process of Gramapanchayaths.

Plan Formation Training-Malappuram District Schedule
The Ist phase of training for the formulation of XIIth plan of LSGIs of Malappuram District starts on June 25 th. The training was planned for Standing Committee Chair Persons of Grama, Block Panchayaths and Chairpersons, Vice Chairpersons and Convenor of Working Groups belongs to LSGIs.
TSC renamed as NIRMAL BHARATH ABHIYAN
The Total Sanitation Campaign was renamed as Nirmal Bharath Abhiyan during the XIIth five year plan. The incentive given to IHHL also increased to 5500 and subsidy can be allowed to certali categories of APL families also.The revised rates will be effective from 01/04/2012 onwards.

The Reserve Bank of India, released the final guidelines on "White Label Automated Teller Machines (WLAs)" in India. White Label ATMs are ATMs set up, owned and operated by non-bank entities incorporated in India under the Companies Act, 1956. Till now, only banks were permitted to set up Automated Teller Machines (ATMs) as extended delivery channels.

സാമൂഹികക്ഷേമവകുപ്പ് നല്കിവരുന്ന സാധുക്കളായ വിധവകളുടെ പെണ്മക്കളുടെ വിവാഹധനസഹായ നിബന്ധനകളില് ഭേദഗതിവരുത്തി സര്ക്കാര് ഉത്തരവായി. വിവാഹത്തിനു നിശ്ചയിച്ചിട്ടുള്ള തീയതിക്ക് കുറഞ്ഞത് ഒരു മാസത്തിനുമുമ്പെങ്കിലും അപേക്ഷ സര്പ്പിക്കണമെന്നായിരുന്നു നിബന്ധന. എന്നാല് ഇക്കാര്യത്തിലുള്ള അറിവില്ലായ്മമൂലം അപേക്ഷകള് സമര്പ്പിക്കുന്നതില് കാലതാമസം വരുന്നത് ആനുകൂല്യ നിഷേധത്തിനു കാരണമായിരുന്നു. ഇക്കാരണത്താലാണ് ഭേദഗതിക്ക് സര്ക്കാര് തയ്യാറായത്. ഏതെങ്കിലും അപേക്ഷകര്ക്ക് മതിയായ കാരണങ്ങളാലാണ് സമയപരിധി പാലിക്കാന് സാധിക്കാതെവന്നതെന്ന് അന്വേഷണത്തില് ബോധ്യപ്പെട്ടാല് അവരുടെ അപേക്ഷകളില് മേല്, വിവാഹം നടന്ന തീയതിമുതല് ആറ് മാസം വരെയുള്ള കാലതാമസം ഇളവ്ചെയ്ത് ആനുകൂല്യം നല്കാന് അതത് ജില്ലാ കളക്ടര്ക്കും, അതിനുശേഷം അഞ്ച് മാസം വരെ ലാന്റ് റവന്യു കമ്മീഷണര്ക്കും (ആകെ ഒരുവര്ഷം) അധികാരമുണ്ടായിരിക്കും. എന്നാല് നിശ്ചിതസമയപരിധിക്കുള്ളില് നല്കിയിട്ടുള്ള അപേക്ഷകള് ആദ്യം പരിഗണിച്ച് ആനുകൂല്യം നല്കിയതിനുശേഷമായിരിക്കണം വൈകിലഭിച്ചവയില് ആനുകൂല്യം നല്കേണ്ടതെന്നും സര്ക്കാര് ഉത്തരവില് വ്യക്തമാക്കിClick here to view GO

Govt issued final guidelines for the formation of Annual plan for the year 2012-13. Plan Co Ordinator can be decided by the concerned LSGI from among the implementing officers under their control. Approval should be obtained within September 7th 2012.Asraya Project Additional Guidelines issued
