House Construction in Wet Land- Circular Issued

LSGD issued directions for issuing building permit and occupancy for residential buildings in wet land not coming under the Data Bank or Draft Data Bank. LSGI secretaries were directed to clear all the pending applications within one month.

Kudumbashree Election Guidelines Issued

  

LSGD issued detailed guidelines for conducting  CDS,ADS,NHG elections of Kudumbashree folder in a democratic manner. Election notification should be issued on 23rd December. Elections to the NHG s will be conducted from January 8 to 14th and elections to ADSs will be from 18th to 21st of January 2018. CDS election will be on 25th January 2018.

LIFE Mission-Spill Over House Completion- Detailed Guidelines Issued

LIFE Mission issued detailed guidelines for the completion of Spill Over Houses under various Housing Schemes. The completion should be planned in a campaign mode. Contractors are permitted to engage in the campaign and will be selected through tender process. As the first phase of LIFE Mission, all Spill Over houses should be completed before 31/03/2018.

Fresh Drinking water Plants- Guidelines Issued

LSGD issued guidelines to start Mineral water plants by LSGIs in Co Operation with  Kudumbashre Units. Maximun Unit cost is fixed as 25.5 lakh Rs. 50% of the amount can be give as advance to the Bank Account of Units. In Gramapanchayths and Urban Local Bodies CDS member Secretary will be the Implementing Officer. In the case of  Block and District Panchayaths Kudumbashree District Mission Co Ordinator can be designated as Implementing Officer.

YOGA training Honorarium Fixed

LSGD decided the honorarium allowable to the Yoga Trainers appointed as the part of annual plan projects implemented by LSGIs. 12000/ Rs Honorarium can be allowed to the trainers as per the decision.

LIFE Mission issued detailed instructions for the documentation of field level activities. In rural areas Block Panchayath Secretaries and in Urban areas Municipal/Corporation Secretaries will be responsible for the documentation.

CRD published draft integrated seniority list of Village Extension Officers appointed from 30/07/2008 to 31/12/2014. Objections can be filed up to 20/10/2017 by the concerned officers through proper channel.

District Plan Preparation-Guidelines Issued

For strengthening the Decentralized Planning,Kerala Govt issued detailed guidelines for the formation of District Plan. DPCs should lead the process of drafting District Plan. Various sub committees should be formed for different subject groups,with DPC members as Chairpersons.

LIFE Mission-Incomplete house completion Instructions issued

LIFE mission instructed all LSGIs to prepare an action plan to complete all spill over houses mapped in LIFE Mission website. Development fund earmarked for LIFE housing can be used for completing the incomplete housed.Field officers should visit the house, take photograph and must be entered in the soft ware. The software was updated for uploading photographs.
