   മലപ്പുറം ജില്ലയില്‍ ബി.പി.എല്‍ കാര്‍ഡുകള്‍ ലഭിക്കാന്‍ അര്‍ഹതയുള്ളവരെ സംബന്ധിച്ച് തീരുമാമെടുക്കാന്‍ രൂപവത്കരിച്ച പഞ്ചായത്ത്/ഗരസഭാതല സ്ക്രീിംഗ് കമ്മിറ്റികള്‍ തയ്യാറാക്കിയ ലിസ്റ് റദ്ദാക്കിയിട്ടില്ലെന്ന് ജില്ലാ കലക്ടര്‍ കെ.ബിജു അറിയിച്ചു. ഭക്ഷ്യ സുരക്ഷാ പദ്ധതി ടപ്പാക്കുന്നതിന്റെ ഭാഗമായി അര്‍ഹതയുള്ള ബി.പി.എല്‍ കാര്‍ഡുകള്‍ മുന്‍ഗണാ (പ്രയോറിറ്റി) കാര്‍ഡുകളായി മാറുമ്പോള്‍ സ്ക്രീിങ് കമ്മിറ്റി ല്‍കിയ ലിസ്റിലെ അര്‍ഹരായവരെയും പരിഗണിക്കും. നിലവില്‍ ബി.പി.എല്‍ കാര്‍ഡ് കൈവശമുള്ളവര്‍ക്കു പുറമെ മുഖ്യമന്ത്രി, ജില്ലാ കലക്ടര്‍ മുഖേ അപേക്ഷിച്ചവരില്‍ അര്‍ഹതപ്പെട്ടവരെയും പുതിയ മുന്‍ഗണാ വിഭാഗത്തില്‍ ഉള്‍പ്പെടുത്തുമെന്നും കലക്ടര്‍ അറിയിച്ചു. സ്ക്രീിങ് കമ്മിറ്റികള്‍ തയ്യാറാക്കിയ ലിസ്റ് സംബന്ധിച്ച് പഞ്ചായത്ത്, ഗരസഭ അധ്യക്ഷ•ാര്‍ക്ക് അയച്ചപരാമര്‍ശം തെറ്റിദ്ധാരണക്ക് ഇടയാക്കിയതിാല്‍ അത് തിരുത്താന്‍ നിര്‍ദ്ദേശം ല്‍കിയതായും കലക്ടര്‍ വ്യക്തമാക്കി.

LSGD issued detailed guldelines to conduct elections to the three tier set up of Kudumbasree.The process should be completed before 2015 January 26th. NHGs formed  90 days  before issue of notification, can exercise their votes

ആസൂത്രണ കമ്മിഷന് പകരം സംവിധാനത്തിൽ സംസ്ഥാനങ്ങൾക്ക് കൂടുതൽ പങ്ക് വഹിക്കാനാവും: പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി

    ആസൂത്രണ കമ്മിഷന് പകരമായി കൊണ്ടുവരുന്ന പുതിയ സംവിധാനത്തിൽ  സംസ്ഥാനങ്ങൾക്ക് കൂടുതൽ പങ്ക് വഹിക്കാനാവുമെന്ന് പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി ശ്രീ നരേന്ദ്ര മോദി പറഞ്ഞു. ആസൂത്രണ കമ്മിഷനെ അടിമുടി അഴിച്ചു പണിയേണ്ടത് അനിവാര്യമാണ്. സംസ്ഥാനങ്ങളുടെ കൂടി സമഗ്ര വികസനം  ലക്ഷ്യമിട്ടാണ് ബദൽ സംവിധാനം കൊണ്ടുവരുന്നത്.  സംസ്ഥാനങ്ങൾ വികസിക്കാതെ രാജ്യം വികസിക്കില്ലെന്നും ശ്രീ മോദി തന്റെ പ്രസംഗത്തിൽ ചൂണ്ടിക്കാട്ടി. പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി, മുഖ്യമന്ത്രിമാർ, കേന്ദ്രമന്ത്രിമാർ, കേന്ദ്ര-സംസ്ഥാന ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥർ എന്നിവരടങ്ങിയ ടീം ഇന്ത്യ എന്ന ആശയവുമായി എല്ലാവരും സഹകരിക്കണം.  സംസ്ഥാനങ്ങൾക്ക് ഈ പുതിയ സംവിധാനത്തിൽ സുപ്രധാന പങ്ക് വഹിക്കാനാവും. പലപ്പോഴും സംസ്ഥാനങ്ങൾക്ക് തങ്ങളുടെ ആവശ്യങ്ങളും മറ്റും അവതരിപ്പിക്കാൻ പ്ളാറ്റ്ഫോം ലഭിക്കാതെ പോകുന്നുണ്ട്. അത് മാറണം. മാത്രമല്ല സംസ്ഥാനങ്ങൾ തമ്മിലുള്ള തർക്കങ്ങൾ പരിഹരിക്കാനും സംവിധാനങ്ങളുണ്ടാവണം- ശ്രീ മോദി ചൂണ്ടിക്കാട്ടി.  

        ആസൂത്രണ കമ്മിഷന് ബദൽ സംവിധാനം കൊണ്ടുവരുന്നതിനെ മുഖ്യമന്ത്രി ശ്രീ  ഉമ്മൻചാണ്ടി എതിർത്തു. നിലവിലുള്ള സംവിധാനങ്ങളെ ശക്തിപ്പെടുത്തുകയാണ് വേണ്ടത്. അതിനായി സംസ്ഥാനങ്ങളുടെ കൂടുതൽ പങ്കാളിത്തം ഉറപ്പു വരുത്തുകയുമാണ് വേണ്ടതെന്നും ശ്രീ ഉമ്മൻചാണ്ടി ചൂണ്ടിക്കാട്ടി. 

IHHL Projects can be revised with Rs 12000 Central share

                                                                       

Decentralisation Co Ordination committee permitted LSGIs to revise their House Hold Latrine projects in the light of enhancement of Central share. As earlier Central share was Rs 4600 per latrine. Restructuring Nirmal Bharath Abhiyan to Swach Bharath Mission (Grameen) Union Govt increased the rate to Rs 12000 per Latrine. Panchayths Municipalities and Corporations can revise their projects allocating plan share @ Rs 3400 and Central share @ Rs12000 per latrine. The new unit cost will be Rs 15400 per latrine.

IAY Housing, Stages for assistance can be decided by States

 MORD amended the IAY guidelines fixing the stages for assistance for IAY housing . As per the new direction different stages can be decided by concerned state Govts, provided that it cannot be above 4. New amendment will come effect from 2015-16 only.

House Construction in MahathmaGandhi NREGS Other Job Card Holders Can be Engaged

 Ministry Of Rural Development Clarified that while converging MahathmaGandhi NREGS with Housing Schemes, in addition to the members of the benificiery household, other job card holders can also be engaged. MORD also clarified that if the IAY benificiery already availed the 100 days job limit, his house work can be completed by engaging other job card holders.

Employees on Daily Wage- Wage rate Enhanced

 Govt decided to revise the daily wage rate given to different categories of employees appointed on daily wages. rate of clerks were enhanced to 400 Rs per day and drivers Rs 450 per day. The order will have effect from 1/10/2014.

Swachh Bharath Mission-IHHL Subsidy Enhanced

 Nirmal Bharath Abhiyan programme was restructured as Swachh Bharath Mission (Gramin) from October 2nd 2014 onwards. Central share for the component, Individual House Hold Latrine was enhanced to 12000 from the existing 4600. Provison for MGNREGS convergence discontinued. School Toilet construction and Anganwadi Toilet construction separated and distributed to Education Department and Ministry of Women and Child Development respectively. Community contribution insisted for the construction of Community Sanitary Complexes.

Village Extension Officers Transfer Order Issued

CRD issued orders for inter district transfer of Village Extension Officers. 13 officers were included in the list. The officers are transferred on the condition that, if there is no vaccancy, when PSC posting of Village Extension Officers were done the officers have to return to the old offices.
